If you are not happy with your purchase, please email us at wizard@wizardlybeard.com to explain and we will handle each situation on a personal basis.
REQUIREMENTS & RESTRICTIONS
• We do not offer refunds due to not liking a scent. We offer sample sizes to test scents to see if you enjoy them.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
• If orders are shipped to the wrong address, you, the customer, will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the items once the package is returned to our facility.
Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returned items, for safety and sanitary purposes.
